AGM Minutes 2026

Thank you to the 29 residents and members who joined us at Caldy Church on 2nd July for this year’s AGM of the Caldy Community Group (formerly the Caldy Society). We remembered Nick Lean, who will be honoured with a memorial plaque at the Caldy entrance to the Wirral Way, and thanked Nikki Mines and Gill Peters, who have stepped down from the committee. Members voted against both the Peak Cluster and Rose Cottage Solar Farm proposals, and the committee was confirmed for another year. The evening finished with a fascinating talk from Peter Cummings on the source of the River Birkett. We would love to welcome new members, especially a new secretary and someone to help with the family group. Full details are in the minutes, which you can download below.
